Damages upon receipt

If your item is damaged immediately upon receipt or does not work properly, we request that you instantly report this to our customer service. Try to report this as quickly as possible, but no later than five working days after receiving the product. We will then provide you with a suitable solution. If you already notice the damage at the time of delivery, you can also ask the supplier to make an annotation of this on the delivery note.

Steps to take when reporting damaged goods

If you have purchased an item that broke during use and within the warranty period, you can report it to our customer service. For a prompt settlement, we request that you provide the following information:

  • The order number, invoice number and purchase date of the item
  • A clear description of the damage and the events that caused the damage
  • One or more photos or videos that clearly show the defect

After receiving your claim, our customer service will review it and contact you as soon as possible about the handling of the issue, in the form of repair or replacement of the item.
